We welcome vendors of all types, if it’s related to motorcycles, hot rods or classic cars we hope you will bring it and display it. New and used motorcycles, parts (motorcycle and auto), tools, leather goods, jewelry, motorcycle and auto care products, raffles (bikes, trips, leathers, charities, etc), and Motorcycle Club support gear are just a few of the things that typically are displayed by our vendors. All makes and models are welcome, although American made tends to have a majority share with the motorcycles - European, Asian, British and other makes are present, with the mix changing each year. The vendors gates open at 6am, 2 hours before the public gates to allow you time to set up. There is indoor space as well as plenty of outdoor space, and outside we can accommodate almost any size trailer or display you want to put up.
About the facility: The Rochester Fair Grounds has plenty of level ground, with a large paved roadway, and numerous acres of mowed lawn that is used for the vendor grounds. The area is attractive, and has reasonable accessibility for walking impaired attendees as well. There are full rest room facilities (no port-a-toliets!). There are ATM machines on site to assist the attendees in purchasing your goods with CASH. There will be a vendor with a beer tent on site. That's right - the attendees (and you for that matter) can purchase a drink and walk the entire grounds while they shop. The vendor areas are also organized into a grid fashion, so attendees can meander easily and vendors can navigate in and out as needed.
In May, we will be advertising on one of the major radio stations on the seacoast, several area news papers, as well as through every available social media out there. This is all to bring customers, with cash, to your booths.
While reservations of booth space is not required, it is recommended. Please contact us via email or telephone and we will take your information and reserve you a spot. Spaces are filling up quick already, so don't miss out! Thank you as well to our repeat vendors for their continued support.
